Non-adherence - openness

Only the 'Pure View' of Buddha nature of sentient beings is considered unadulterated. Every other view is clouded by concepts, ideas, our personal history and fixations.
Nevertheless, we are constantly making judgements. And that's okay for now! We are alive now, we are human beings. We don't want to touch the hob, the acrylic jumper is scratchy and is made in PRC anyway.
And yet: it's about becoming aware. It's about realising that these perceptions are only a transitional stage towards an open view. Herbert Guenther translates emptiness from Tibetan, and it is this attitude, this experience, that is at stake here, more precisely as 'non-adherence-openness'. A wonderfully unwieldy term. Not clinging to perception and remaining open to everything that shows itself to us!
